This transaction was difficult from the begging since I have Power of Attorney for the seller and that I live out of State. I live in Florida and the house was in CA. The seller ended up having a surgical procedure which was right before the close of Escrow. Winona was a blessing. She navigated the owner's requests and kept me in the loop about the progress of the sale, close of escrow and in between. She showed such grace to the seller.
